Department of Justice, Civil Division Purchases ALCoder Enterprise License

Chicago, IL – 4/20/10 — Rosen Technology Resources, an award-winning litigation support consulting and software company, is pleased to announce that the Department of Justice, Civil Division has purchased the ALCoder Enterprise License.  The Civil Division of the DOJ represents the United States, its departments and agencies, Members of Congress, Cabinet officers and other Federal employees.  Its litigation reflects the diversity of government activities, involving, for example, the defense of challenges to presidential actions; national security issues; benefit programs; energy policies, enforcement of immigration laws; and civil and criminal violations of consumer protection laws.  The purchase of ALCoder will allow the Division attorneys to auto-code an unlimited number of documents with no per-page or per-document costs.

Polaris Near-Duplicate Technology

Chicago, IL – 5/1/10Rosen Technology Resources, an award-winning litigation support consulting and software company, is pleased to announce that the following entities have purchased Polaris near-duplicate software: Studeo Legal, Evidox and Kasowitz Benson.  Polaris is a tool which identifies, groups, and provides a review order for near-duplicate documents, according to similarity thresholds established by a user.
